Mindfulness for Teachers

Mindfulness can be a significant support to any teacher. To help manage stress, take care of emotions and develop habits that help regulate the nervous system creates a sense of peace that is contagious in any classroom.  Taking care of the self, helps teachers take care of their students.

Workshops are customizable depending on the team's needs and goals. In general you can expect:

Nourishing, restorative time spent in meditation
Self-awareness support around teacher behavior and students' needs
Support in facilitation of mindfulness for children throughout the school day
Creating shared language around awareness and compassion that strengthens teams and integrates values and intentions
